Do I need to enter all my old customer records?
No. Add customers as they return. Your active customer base becomes digital naturally without stopping daily work.
Does TailorRecord work on phones?
Yes. TailorRecord is designed for phone, tablet and desktop use. You can also install it from Settings for app-style access; iPhone/iPad uses Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen.
Can I manage ladies and gents tailoring?
Yes. Basic and Classic use one workspace; Signature supports both Ladies and Gents workspaces.
Can customers see order status?
Status Share/QR is available on Classic and Signature through a read-only customer status page.
Can I track staff wages and outside workers?
Yes. Staff Wages & Attendance is included on Basic, Classic and Signature. Outside Work is available on Classic and Signature. These worker records are independent of Team & Access logins.
Can TailorRecord remind me to thank a customer?
Yes. Basic, Classic and Signature can remind the Primary Owner after an order is Delivered and fully paid. Classic and Signature can optionally add the boutique’s saved Google review link when the Owner chooses it for that customer. Nothing is sent automatically.
Can I track boutique expenses?
Yes. Cashbook & Expenses is available on Classic and Signature. Customer payments appear as money received, while paid Staff Wages and Outside Work can feed expenses automatically. Other general-business or customer-order expenses can be added manually. Cashbook records boutique spending; customer charges still belong in Order → Pricing.
Can I save Pinterest design references?
Yes, on Signature. Connect a Pinterest account and browse its boards and Pinterest-hosted Pin thumbnails live inside TailorRecord. To keep a permanent garment reference, open the chosen Pin on Pinterest, copy its link and paste that user-provided link into TailorRecord, then label it as Full Design, Front, Back, Neck, Sleeve, Embroidery, Colour or Other. API-fetched board/Pin details are not permanently stored, the older manual saved-link Library remains available, and Pinterest images remain hosted by Pinterest.
Why can I see a feature that my plan cannot use?
TailorRecord keeps many higher-plan tools visible with a lock or plan label so the Owner can see what is available. Tapping a locked control shows the required plan; the restricted action does not run or change your records.

Privacy Policy
TailorRecord processes account, boutique and customer information to provide and secure the service. A boutique controls the customer information it enters. ANIQ TailorRecord does not sell boutique customer data or account data to advertisers.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable after activation. A customer may choose not to renew; paid access continues until the current paid period ends. Genuine activation, duplicate-charge or service-delivery issues may be reviewed case-by-case.
Digital Delivery / Shipping Policy
ANIQ TailorRecord is a digital software service. No physical product is shipped. Access is provided electronically through the web application after account setup and, where applicable, successful subscription activation.
Payments
Subscription payments may be processed through an external payment provider such as Razorpay. Card or banking credentials entered directly in the payment-provider checkout are not intended to be stored by ANIQ TailorRecord.
